[singlepic id=4343 w=300 h=204 float=left]Louis Vuitton Trophy – Parigi – Jochen Schuemann e K-Challenge hanno presentato questa mattina a Parigi il nuovo team con il quale prenderanno parte congiutamente alla prima tappa del Louis Vuitton Trophy, in programma a Nizza tra il 7 e il 22 novembre. Già leggendo la crew list ci si rende conto che questa volta Stephan Kandler, CEO del team francese che a Nizza reciterà il ruolo di padrone di casa, ha deciso di fare le cose davvero in grande, sposando una linea più attenta al risultato pratico che alla logica meramente nazionalistica.
Grazie alla collaborazione di un campione come Schuemann, Kandler è infatti riuscito a radunare alcuni tra i più forti velisti attualmente in circolazione. Di All4One, questo il nome del team riunitosi proprio oggi a Valencia per la prima volta, fanno parte esponenti di 6 nazioni diverse e tra questi si notano i nomi di Jordi Calafat, John Cutler, Sebastien Col, Yann Gouniot e Albert Jacobsoone. A bordo, con il ruolo di stratega, ci sarà anche lo stesso Schuemann, che lascerà le scelte tattiche al già citato John Cutler.
Il sodalizio, supportato tra gli altri dalla Adidas e rappresentante i colori del Circolo della Vela di Parigi e dello Yacht Club Kiel, si allenerà nella città spagnola a bordo di FRA-93, scafo che dovrebbe regatare in coppia con GBR-75 (inizialmente si pensava a USA-76) in occasione dell’evento di Nizza.

Imagine two nations that created the greatest success in the history of the European industry. Imagine two nations teaming up again to launch the first (but long awaited) sailing team of its kind.
That’s no imagination any more as another French-German connection is turning a vision to reality. Two sailing enthusiasts, Stephan Kandler (CEO of K-Challenge) from France and three times Olympic Champion and two times America’s Cup winner Jochen Schümann from Germany, teamed up to create the sailing campaign All4One which will stand out in the future.
Driven by congenial virtues and excellence in sailing, All4One has the goal to take up the most challenging and demanding achievements of international team sailing. And the story starts now with the participation of All4One in the Louis Vuitton Trophy.

The All4One team has arrived today in Valencia, Spain, where the team members will take up a one week session of sea trials and testing with FRA-93. The French-German team’s boat will be teamed up with GBR-75 to sail as a pair in the Louis Vuitton Trophy – Nice from 7 to 22 November.
All4One will proudly carry the colors of both yacht clubs Cercle de la Voile de Paris and Kieler Yacht Club.
